I think I was greeted by all the workers at one point who gave compliments and told me to have a great day. Not gonna lie tho, while the matcha wasn't the best (little watery and lacked a little flavour) but this place definitely wins because of the atmosphere. I loved all the positive quotes on the lids. I love when places want their customers to feel good and encouraged. The little things are going to win big every single time in my books. The parking was free which was amazing!! I was initially drawn to their dot cake latte because I am an absolute sprinkle fanatic... I love when my food and drinks are aesthetically pleasing and add an extra level of fun! Since I'm a true matcha girl, I walked in and asked if they could do the dot cake latte concept with matcha instead. The barista was so sweet and accommodating, suggesting we do a matcha base with cold foam and sprinkles. I ended up ordering the banana bread matcha, and it was wonderful! I even broke my friend's "matcha virginity" by giving her a sip, and she immediately loved it too... so flavorful and delicious. We sat up front on the cozy black leather chairs right by the window. The natural lighting was gorgeous, and while the cafe has a slightly moodier, darker color palette (blacks and deep navy tones), it creates such a cute, cozy little vibe. The baristas were so kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever be able to try anything else when I go back because this banana bread matcha is going to be on my mind constantly. I'm probably going to get the exact same drink every single time until I get tired of it, but honestly, that's not a bad thing at all! Finding something that brings you back is the best feeling. They had a great looking menu with lots of unique latte options, plus other fun matcha flavors like mango and strawberry. They also had some appetizing looking cookies out, and while I think their donuts were sold out by the time we got there, it just gives me another reason to return.
