The Iron Office is nothing like that. this place has a different energy entirely. serious equipment, serious people, but zero intimidation factor. everyone I've encountered here has been focused and respectful and nobody makes you feel like you don't belong. the equipment selection is legit. if you actually want to lift and not just use machines, this is your spot. free weights, barbells, the kind of setup that serious lifters actually want. open 24 hours which I use more than I expected. late night sessions after work are my thing now and not having to think about closing time is huge. William comes up in a lot of reviews and for good reason. knowledgeable, encouraging without being pushy, and clearly invested in the people who train here. that kind of community doesn't happen by accident. I've been going for several months and the thought of going back to a Planet Fitness or LA Fitness genuinely doesn't appeal to me anymore. After moving closer to the Nees location, we started coming here regularly and were honestly shocked by the difference. Compared to the other locations, this one feels neglected. Especially during the summer, it is so uncomfortably hot inside. With temperatures being 105+ degrees lately, the A/C should absolutely be running, fans should be going, and it should not feel as muggy and stuffy as it does. The other locations don't feel this way at all. On top of that, there are times it smells unpleasant and overall just looks like it's not cleaned or maintained to the same standard. I have noticed a cleaning crew more recently, which is appreciated, but for a private gym (especially one that has won "Best Fitness Center" four years in a row) I expected much better, particularly when the other locations are so nice and well-kept. This Nees location doesn't even compare. That being said, there are definitely positives. I love the equipment selection, it's never overcrowded, and the trainers/staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I just wish this location received the same level of care as the others because it has so much potential.

The only complaint i have is that i typically go early in the morning(at opening) due to my work schedule. However, in the short time I've been there there have been multiple times when i arrive at opening and the opening staff is not there on time or at all. I understand it's difficult with one person working the gym, if they are behind or sleep in/get sick, then nobody is there to open. However this was multiple times over a few weeks and has been someone frustrating. Other than that, it's a great gym!

Just read the fine print that there is a yearly fee of $45 once a year on top of the monthly membership and one time initiation fee (that was donated to a charity) It does get busy on the weekends and after 5pm which is the norm at most gyms. Wished people would wipe down their mats after they sweat all over it. So I have to wipe the mat before and after I use it.

Overall, it's not bad but i just didnt like to wait on each equipment and how the guest there beat the equipment pretty bad.

Planet Fitness just replaced old gym equipment and installed new ones. It's a big change, new…read moreequipment is excellent. However, the gym floor is much more crowded now. And one or two machines face each other so you could be nose to nose with a fellow gym member. They have a night cleaning schedule so the gym is much cleaner now. Also one of the overnight employees named Amber always has friendly greeting for gym members who walk in. She is knowledgeable and answered some questions I had about my gym membership.

Posting signs apologized for the inconvenience seems to be a permanent thing. Almost twisted my ankle on the elliptical machine because the footplates are loose and this is the case for multiple units. Please conduct a quality control audit on your equipment regularly. I may need to switch locations and driver further to another location and hope this isn't the case for all locations :( I will give the cleaning staff 5 stars for continuously cleaning. Doesn't matter what time of day the cleaning staff is always on the floor vacuuming, moping and wiping down machines, Thanks.
