This was my first time working with a company to do my taxes because they were a little more complicated this year and I wanted to save myself the headache. But this man gave me WAY more of a headache. It started with this company completely forgetting about us, losing our paperwork, and just complete incompetence from his team from the beginning. When tax day started to get near and we hadn't heard from Don, we called a few weeks before for answers. They had no idea who we were and lost all of our paperwork. We had to send it in multiple times after that because they kept losing it. Then the week of tax day arrives and we are told we owe xyz including taxes and fees for Don. It was a weird number we weren't expecting so we asked for a phone call from Don with an explanation. They assured us it was the correct amount and we could go ahead and pay. We then received a few phone calls from different people saying we owed drastically different amounts. Throughout all of these phone calls we were begging to just speak to Don to clear up the confusion and figure out why his team was giving us drastically different numbers. We called probably 30 times asking to speak to Don throughout this experience and were always told he was busy but he would call us back. He never did. Its seems extremely sketchy that we were getting these crazy different numbers from different people and were promised over and over to talk to Don but never even got one phone call from him. I called today on tax day to let them know I will not be using them and filing myself. All they had to say was "okay", not apologetic at all or offering to speak to Don. They also got some pertinent information wrong like my SSN. EXTREMELY frustrating experience and a waste of money! Please find another company!

They failed to file them on time and it…read morewasn't until I inqured via the IRS website three weeks later, that I brought it to their attention that it was not in the IRS database, that they ended up filing our taxes! And due to the late filing it ended up costing us $880 in penalties to the IRS. I will never use this company again. According to their reviews on various sites, they have a habit of not filing on time. I should have read the reviews but I got them from a referral. Never again.
