I had to wait but it was well worth the wait they are a family owned business and they treat you like family. I left very pleased about the service and found out so much information and things I could write off that I did not realize was a write off. Had my taxes done by so many tax services who never sat me down to ask the questions this place did. I thought it was weird at first but man it paid off and my tax return really reflected the difference between Chris Tax service and other places. Now I understand the reason for the wait they are thorough about what can be written off to make sure you get your money back. Thank you guys you are in a class of your own! read more

Deina is very knowledgeable in her expertise of tax preparation while remaining professional and pleasurable at the same time. one of the best tax professionals around. Over the past 3 years she has given me nothing but her absolute best. At any point if I have questions during tax season and throughout the year, she does not hesitate to answer them. They take their time to go over your papers so don't spect to be in and out in 30 mins Deina is very meticulous and will go through every paper to make sure you are getting your taxes done right. Terrible experience. I Do not recommend and I will Never go back!!! Did my taxes there last year. Was told I can always reach out if anything else is needed. So I had a question and needed assistance and nothing. Tried doing my taxes again this year. They raise their prices almost double and don't even bother to say so I won't bother to drive almost 1 hour. Arrive to appointment they had me wait another hour. No respect for people's time! They schedule appointments and have you wait another hour?!? I had to leave my paperwork and was told someone with call me with update or at least schedule another appointment.. NOTHING!! Waited for a week and not even a follow up call to let me know what to do next! Just overall bad experience!! Stay away!!! I'm sure all the reviews here fake!!! read more

It was good until it wasn't 2year around, then husband wanted to give them a 2nd chance. Well we did our taxes with them this year for last and they withdrew a 2nd unauthorized fee recently directly from our bank that has yet to be refunded. Kept getting excuse after excuse. I'm blocked on fb after my 1st review. Do not go there! It's been about 3 weeks. read more

I have been using chris services for the past 5/6 years, in 2021 he made a mistake on our forms and was to do a amended tax return after many letters from irs and call the issue was never resolved. I called and texted Chris plenty of times to get him to help me with this situation and he would always give me the run around finally got him on the phone said he just needed to fill out some papers and send them to irs.. called a couple days later no answer sent him a message and no reply but was left on read... now 2023 I'm still trying to get that return amended and I can't get through to him what he said would be a easy fix has now gone on for 2 years.. Now I'm left to deal with this alone.. Guess I have to pay more money for someone to fix what he messed up and didn't care to fix read more

Can't say enough great things about this business. It's family - owned, extremely personal service, tailored to your job and industry. I've been going to Chris for almost 10yrs, and he is always trying to find ways to help you save money on your taxes. He is extremely friendly and professional. Any deductions he can find are perfectly acceptable to the IRS, you just might not have thought of them. His sister, Deina, is also great at doing taxes and very sweet. During these tough times, they are very concerned about their customers and try to help them as much as possible. This was out first time at this place and I made an appointment with Deina Guevara. After arriving early with all needed documents, my wife and I waited for an HOUR after our scheduled appointment. Once we were finally seen, Deina asked us why we decided to use this company and I politely said that we wanted to use them because we were recommended by a friend, but we ended up waiting for an HOUR after our scheduled appointment on our first experience. She immediately got very defensive stating that it's because they go into detail and they're not an in and out kind of business, which still didn't answer my question of why we waited so long. She then said that it took long because she was taking a lunch break, and asked if we still wanted her services. We stated that we did still want the services and asked her why she was getting so upset, and then she told us SHE DID NOT want to continue helping us because we got off on the wrong foot. I had NEVER been told by any business that they did not want to provide services for us. DEINA GUEVARA has the WORST customer service I have ever seen by far!! We scheduled this appointment 3 weeks before, I had to take a day off work for it, and was refused services after waiting for an hour after a scheduled appointment. Got my taxes audited and have been calling every number they have and they give you the run a round IF you speak to someone. Now I have to pay the balance of money I don't have to the irs.
