The office of Donna Edge, CPA took 2 months to prepare an uncomplicated income tax return…read more Preparation of previous tax returns has also required weeks longer than the date I'm given at the outset. When I checked on my return, the receptionist stated that my return would be put in the 'pile to be done' and weeks later she told me the exact same thing as I guess it had not really been moved to the 'pile to be done'. There was a great deal of confusion with the receptionist, who also seemed as less than professional, as she felt entitled to make a comment about my tax return.

During these tough times, they are very concerned about their customers and try to help them as much as possible. They have a customer for life in me and I recommend everyone to get their taxes done here.

Great when things need to be resolved ASAP. He is looking out for his clients best interests with the best insurance deal and lowest price. Not tacking on unnecessary costs. Truly going over your policy until you are happy with, both your coverage and cost. Making you feel your business is important. Highly recommend! ex: I'd received a letter from my bank, in regards to my homeowners insurance being in violation due my deductible. Upon getting this letter I immediately call my insurance agent, Mr Kon, around 6pm (after business hours.) I got his voice mail, as to be expected. So I left a message, not expecting a response until the next day. I get, both, an email and text letting me know it had been taken care of and a fax had been sent, around 10:30pm. This let me know he'd gotten on this quickly!

I ran a tree growing operation and he prepared my returns year after year correctly and efficiently. I moved to Eugene 14 years ago and used a firm down here for a couple of years.
