I can not tell the paint job because it so perfectly matches. The car has a bright quality finish which would have been difficult to match. They also buffed out some other minor scratches on this 10 year old car and it almost looks like it did on the showroom. The amount they charged was very reasonable.

Darrin took…read morea quick look and quoted me a price for replacement parts and time to buff out the scratch on the frame. He was 30% cheaper than another highly rated shop in the area. He was able to do the work the week after ordering the parts, and I can't tell the scratch was ever there. Good work at a smaller shop with no BS.

Just got it back from there after the big storm kissed the passenger side and it looks great. Now the drivers side and front wheel got tagged. The quality of the repair is absolutely perfect and that is not an exaggeration. I have a tendency to be picky and a big pain in the ass (sorry Darren). One thing I'm very impressed with is that with all of the work we have had done at Fisher they take the same care and attention to detail with my wife's 200k plus mile work car (Sonata) as they have with my Expedition. I am a customer and fan for life. You should be too!

So I've been here four times, three of those times have been this year (no fault of my own, I…read morepromise), so I have pretty extensive experience with this place. Chad and his team have been amazing each time - timely, transparent, and helpful in navigating insurance companies. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day. Overall super pleased with Action Auto Body - I picked it out a few years ago on a whim because it was close to my apartment at the time, but so glad I have a place to take my car for work when I need it. Also, quick tip - if you come here enough, you might even get a free Action Auto Body t-shirt :)

He called ahead and told them I'd be right over; I missed the driveway on the first pass, but found ample parking in front of the less than impressive brick building. Joe made me a quick, free estimate, gave me a timeline and business card in case I decided to pursue it. Really no pressure at all. Then cue my frustrating insurance company wanting their own people to do inspection/estimate, which ended up being about a hundred less than what Joe had said. The claims adjuster made things sound really complicated when I called to tell her the prices didn't match; so I called Auto Top back for help. Lyle was reassuring on the phone and then again when I went in person to show my insurance paperwork and make an appointment/deposit. They offered to call and deal with the insurance people... thank you! It gets better! My school schedule is hard to plan around and I had some other commitments to complicate things, but they set me up for the VERY NEXT DAY. Lyle gave me a ride home after I dropped of my car at 8am and offered to come back for me at the end of the day. Very courteous. I just picked up my car with its new vinyl top and plastic window -- it looks amazing. I'm quite pleased. Moreover, the price discrepancy went away! Very happy customer, thank you!
