I have never been to the Mister Car Wash here but back home I have. Best drive thru clean my car…read morehas ever had. We had just finished driving for 9 hours. There were dried bugs and everything thing else on my car. When we came out of that car wash my car was sparkling! I have a subscription to Today's Car Wash but my car never gets clean like that. It also helps that the pre-washers actually spray the grills to get bugs off. I did not know about Mister car wash until that day. I'm really thinking of switching if this one is anything like the one I got to experience back home. Oh! And it was only like $26 I believe for the titanium wash (results were unbelievable!). I wanted clean, always hope for sparkling...from past experiences I never really expected too much but Mister Car Wash delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Even the hubby was impressed and he won't go to drive thru car washes bc he always has to finish the job anyway, especially on the grill. Oh! And your car doesn't come out dripping because there dryer at the end also has a huge towel that dries you off. I'm trying this one very soon! I would definitely recommend you try it out. I'll update here once I do.

When I left the wash, my vehicle was clean and bug free. Now, they hurry you through, and the extra bug treatment is less than stellar. I went through the wash three straight times and still have the same bug splats in the same places. I called the manager, who informed me that the new owners made changes, some for safety, but mostly to get more cars through faster. They stopped scrubbing the mirrors for liability issues. I think I've run my course with this company and will be looking elsewhere for car wash services. If you just want a basic wash, they are OK. If you want quality was, find somewhere else.

My spouse went today, a few weeks later and had the same experience. Although he added tire cleaning and his tires looked like someone smeared oil just along part of the sidewall. So I'm gonna say, pick a better place.

My truck was badly vandalized in Chicago, and another shop in Copperas Cove told me there was nothing they could do and estimated over $9,000 to repair and repaint the damage. I took it to Morris and asked if he could just make it 50% better. He said, "No problem." Two days later, I couldn't believe my eyes--the truck looked almost brand new! This man knows his business and works miracles. His pricing is honest and upfront, and no job is too big. Morris saved me thousands of dollars, along with a lot of time, stress, and aggravation. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Morris! You're a 10/10 in my book. If you need detailing or restoration work, DON'T HESITATE--go see Morris!

After looking at it, he said he could do the job and estimated a turnaround time of about a week which is quite a long time to simply sew a zipper on. It has now been almost two weeks, and the work had not even been started. I understand that delays can happen, but this was a simple zipper repair on a small awning bag, not a major upholstery project. The lack of communication and the extended delay were extremely frustrating. I called and let him know I was coming to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. Complete incompetence. Zero stars.
