I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. Long story short - I definitely recommend both CarWax and JD.

The process took a little longer than expected since it had to be towed to a mechanic shop so the radiator and other wiring could be replaced, but Andrew worked with me through the delays. When my rental ran out, he offered to drive me around while my vehicle was being worked on, which I appreciate a ton. Overall, he went above and beyond and I cannot recommend anyone else for body work.

We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!

A car brought in after having another person attempting to fix it only making matters worse is not the problem of the next repair service. It's only common sense that if a business receives so many excellent reviews, the few negative ones surely must have special concerns that may have nothing to do with the service rendered.

I was told I would receive a second key fob, but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. I also put $3,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership couldn't even provide a full tank of gas. I left the lot with the gas tank barely above "E." I was reassured they would take care of it later, but after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, I've continued to get the runaround. As a side note, purchasing the warranty insurance did not feel worthwhile in my experience. You can cancel, don't be fooled. Overall, the customer service after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing.

From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today. After further assessment, the vehicle was found to have impact damage which was not disclosed to us. My attorney has been contacted
