The original install he did not seal the windshield and when I washed the car, I had to get the shop vac to vacuum up all the water inside the car. He came back in July and tried to seal it. It sealed some but not around the clips that hold the chrome trim on. Said he would be back. Through many attempts of calling and leaving messages in the last 6 months with no response, I am left with a very leaky windshield. After a phone call where I was told service was closed until Monday morning but could use the drop-off service, I had the vehicle towed to Town Chrysler. I left a brief note stating the basic issue and the keys, with a promise to call and answer questions. I was contacted before I could call and was promised a rough diagnosis later that day. As promised, I was contacted that afternoon. Bent pushrods, probably a timing chain failure. We agreed on a engine replacement. Expected time for the new engine was 5 days; they had it in 3. Installation and checkout took about a week and a half. They were very thorough and kept me informed along the way. My service rep, Doug, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience for an out-of-towner.
