I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

I took it there for a wash and detail and now my paint job is jacked! Do not go there. Also he tried to charge me like $320 when they quoted me 250$ on the phone. Did not talk about the price with me until the end. During my time in the lobby, him and his wife were arguing and even discussed how one of their employees was damaging vehicles and lying about it. I was nervous but they had already started on my car and decided it probably wouldn't be so bad. Boy was I wrong Find another location, this is not it.

The only groupons for interior detailing with carpet shampoo I could find were in Seattle and they were still $150-250. So I called every place within 10 miles of where I live SE Oly, told them the sitch and got quotes. Price ranges from $140-500, $400-500 if I want the carpet "shampooed," which I guess is not expected to be standard in an interior detail (really?). Anyhoo I called Sound Auto Detail, he said $125. I told him about the vomit story, he said that's fine, $125. I said I've tried to clean it and won't come out and need deep carpet shampooing. "That's fine, $125. And you can give it the sniff test." I did. Perfect. Not only did they clean the inside to BETTER than brand new. The carpets were showroom perfect, spotless, no smell, AND they cleaned the outside as well. It was a brand new car. My wife and I were so impressed I was just sad there was no tip line on the bill, cus they really deserved it. We have a dog and they took care of all the dog hair for free, which apparently something that normally gets charged. In trying to convey my gratitude he said, " It's no problem, I know you'll tell your friends." He was absolutely right. They went above and beyond for half or less than the other places I spoke with. Call around if you like, but this is the place.

This business was up to the challenge. The owner is clearly a professional who takes tremendous pride in her service. I don't remember my car looking that good when I first bought it. Fair warning: you will never want to eat, drink, or take your dog for a ride in your newly detailed vehicle again. I was riddled with guilt the next morning getting my dirty chai from the coffee stand. You have to go far above and beyond to earn a 5 star rating from me. Even places I enjoy and regularly frequent don't necessarily earn 5 stars. This business did.
