If you have that done you get them back in a couple of months. Seems the people running the store now sent the shoe repair equipment back to Red Wing as they had no use of the equipment as they didn't know how to operate any of it. What you have in it's place is shinny walls and some folk trying to sell boots to working people. The couple that is there are young and don't have a clue.
