My child was sick very often. When I pick them up, there would always be another child with a runny nose, like a major dripping runny nose. Of course, my kid would end up getting sick that week. The administration isn't truthful. The director overlooks parental concerns and makes poor staffing choices. When she replies to your email, she would say anything to get you off her case, but there won't be any change. For example, for a classroom of toddlers, they choose an elderly teacher who can't remember the names of the students. My child was potty trained, but once this teacher began teaching, he started to regress. Additionally, he was assaulted twice consecutively by the same student. I brought up my concerns due to fear my child would get hurt again. I had the options of taking my child away from this class or roll the dice and see if he gets hurt again. Nothing was done for the offending parent. I read the previous review on yelp before I chose this school and thought nah no way, this is a church they must be good and honest people. They are NOT. I affirm this place isn't great. If you really have to, then maybe go here. Otherwise, if you can save more for another place, in the long run, don't go here. Save yourself the headaches and troubles. Seriously. Amid kids issues having daycare issues isn't what you want.

Given my professional connections with some State agencies, her actions appear borderline negligent. If not negligent!! We documented evidence and pictures of an infection in her belly button area, and scratches following her stay at this facility, which Brittany has yet to take responsibility for. Which will allot me an opportunity placed a compliant with the State of Georgia in hopes of an investigaton!! I have never in all my life encountered someone who plays victim and lies as much as this female. Had we read previous reviews we NEVER would have chosen her. It's crazy how years later she is given the same complaints!! Her mental stability is very questionable. I fear for other children's well being. Furthermore, what this owner has described as a diaper rash was clearly something more severe!! As a parent/ grandparent myself, her actions, particularly sending texts with false information and attempting to shift blame onto my highly respected medical professional daughter and son-in-law, are inexcusable. And for her to stop in the middle of a conversation to ask for my daughter's professional opinion concerning her son's illness is wild!! And tells me all I need to know! Her claims of being bullied and subjected to hostility are unfounded and quite humorous. I disconnected her call to avoid engaging in unproductive discussions. As I stated I refused to be over-talked. Her behavior exemplifies narcissistic tendencies. Shifting blame to her staff while feigning victimhood only serves to highlight her questionable character and the subpar care provided at her facility. Ultimately, her priorities seem to revolve around business and ratings rather than the well-being of the children. So much so, I came upon the discovery of her using employees or former employees to help improve your ratings. AND has given herself reviews to up her ratings in google under Brittany M. Of course she may change her name again so viewers on google and yelp! So viewers won't know that it's her giving HERSELF reviews to up her ratings! She's also edited or deleted her replies. Mental illness is real and screenshots are KING. Her low-cost model is no advantage when it comes to the trust and safety of children. And just so we are clear, money was NEVER an issue! All we wanted was quality care for my grandchild and wanted to give Brittany's business an opportunity to care for her. But was highly disappointed. I will ensure that other families are informed, and my hope is that this review will serve as a warning. I wish for the well-being of any child under her care and hope that she reflect on her practices. The teacher, Amanda, would tell me how much she loves my son and how she loves having him in her class to my face but would tell the current director(who by the way is new because it was not the director I signed my child up with) that he was so horrible that she would need a break from the class. I literally heard her on a voicemail that was left with her saying negative things about my son before the Director starting talking to my voicemail. It seems like you're in the wrong field if you expect all kids to have "perfect" behavior at all times! Children are not a once size fits all type of thing and every child is different and should be approached differently. And again, MY CHILD JUST TURNED 3. He's still learning! It seems like this has been a trend over time from reading other reviews. Anyway, the director called me last week to let me know about my child's behavior and that someone needed to come pick him up for the day. My bf went to pick him up and he was told they don't want him back. Now, as an educator and a parent, I called back to advocate for my son because I do actually like the school. She was willing to allow me to take my son to the pediatrician an would have a discussion the following week because they didn't want him back for the rest of the week, ok cool, that's fine. So after I took him and the Dr told me it was typical toddler behavior, I called her to let her know strategies I use at home. She let me go on and talk to which she responded they don't want him back. The communication was terrible and I don't appreciate any of those people at that school trying to villainize my son when HE'S A TODDLER LEARNING! Not a teenager, but a baby! I would NEVER recommend this school to ANYONE! And if your child does not have the perfect behavior, don't even apply! I will leave them with a piece of advice as a veteran educator: Put your teachers in training so the can learn to deal with less than perfect behavior so they don't have to "got take a break." Teachers don't wear shoes nor do they have any clue as to what is going on. Teachers have stated the owner Mrs. Ham does not respect them, tells them to shut up but due to the pay in the area, they quit and come back or stay because they need a job. When brought to the owner's attention about my child's scratches on their face or my concerns about the teacher not resolving conflict, her response "what is it you want me to do about it" YOUR JOB MAAM!!! Depending on a teacher your child has, your child is more than likely to not have their diaper, pull up, or underwear to change if it has been soiled until the end of day. There have been other parents concerned about why their child has had rashes and has broken out on their bottom, because the lack and or negligence of monitoring the children going to the bathroom. let's not mention, they have cameras, however, none of the cameras work in the classroom. So if you have a concern about your child, the answer is always "oh... I don't know, you have to ask Mrs. Ham" or "I dont know." Also, please be aware the clothes you send with your children are more than likely to end up on another child's body and you would never see the clothes you sent with them. When it comes to the "learning Academy" your child would not learn anything. Once again, it really depends upon the teacher that is assigned to your child if they stay and or last more than three months. Other than that, you are better off, teaching your child at home. Don't believe me, ask some of the moms, and or dads that come out every single morning or every single evening. Enroll your child at your own risk. So much potential but very lackluster.
