However there wasn't enough time, this was completely my own fault. She was happy to rebook me in. When I went back for the pedicure, I explained to her that three of the nails rom previous had chipped and she was more than happy to fix it for me. Great service. Kind staff.

When I booked an appointment over the telephone, I was told I would have to pay a deposit for test patch that would be reimbursed after the appointment. So, it was just to secure the appointment. However, on the day I was not only made to wait almost 20 minutes for my appointment but I was met by a cold consultant who was quite rude. I was then told the deposit was non-refundable and when I contested this with what I was told over the telephone, I was told that no receptionist would say such a thing. So it was my word against theirs. I was not impressed with the service at all and unsurprisingly I never returned.

The salon is fairly new and well maintained with a clean and fresh look. I bought a course of treatments, which were conducted by various staff members each time I attended. I think it would have been more helpful to have been treated by one consultant consistently so that they would be familiar to me and the area I was getting treated. They sell Jane Iredale make-up, which is fantastic for your skin. It's mineral-based so does good to your skin whilst making you look good! However, when I brought a friend in to sample it she was told that they don't try it out on people, which defeats the purpose of trying to sell it.

I also had a test on my skin to see if it was doing better but flagged so many new problems. After raising my concern with the clinic I was offered a free treatment of the same kind that ruined my skin, and more photos to undermine my concerns. I bought all their recommend products and used them without fail, which were expensive. It is extremely distressing and I do not want anyone else to go through this.

Then I had to put on some very attractive paper pants before the lady started to wrap me up using lots of bandages that had been soaked in what can only be described as a clay like substance. They were left on for around 60 minutes whilst I was left to lay on the bed and relax. Afterwards I was measured again and I had lost a combined total of 5 inches from different parts of my body.
