She was nice and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her tops and jeans. She pointed them out for me and selected some jeans for me to try and even put them into the dressing room. I told her I wear skinny jeans. She put about 6-7 jeans in the room and they were so many ugly colors and ugly washes I would never wear and there wasn't one pair of skinny jeans in the group. It's very organized after knowing it's a consignment store. The section when you first walk in is for the early birthday parties and all handmade by local artists. The search continues for me and some acceptable maternity wear. I didn't find one shirt, top, dress or jean worth even trying on at all. Too bad there weren't many pics of the kinds of clothes on the web. I might have not even made the drive from Dearborn during my lunch break had I known it was a resale shop. I would consider coming back for the cursie new baby clothes. Definitely like a boutique shops for the newborns and little ones. I should have checked out the yelp review and I would have known right away that it is a consignment and resale shop. So much for the limited detail during my web search.

Luckily the staff here are SO knowledgeable and kind (and I think they may all be moms too?!?). They were extremely patient with me as I asked all my dumb questions and never pressured me to buy anything. She said it could take up to 14 business days to arrive. Three weeks later and no word. I called to check order status and apparently it was just automatically canceled because it was out of stock. Hmm interesting that she listed multiple options with multiple available, yet it was out of stock and I end up empty handed. I happen to have a shirt on with a small American flag on the pocket. The staff was very rude to me and I could not help but think it was political because they were nice to other customers. They were all dressed so that it was very obvious that we may not share the same political views. I really would not have cared at all, but I do not like being treated like that. I was the only one in the store and was standing by the dressing rooms waiting for them to unlock the door so I can try something on. They just kept walking by me and pretending like they could not see me, but I was the only customer in the at that time. There were three people working. When I came out of the dressing room, I went up to the counter to check out and they were all three behind the counter, pretending like they could not see me again and I was literally the only customer in the store. there for quite a few minutes before they suddenly said that they saw me and did not was standing there. I also had a six-year-old with me who was talking to me and I know that they could see me and hear us.Also, I had heard them telling other customers thank you and goodbye and we have a big sale called ladies night coming up please come. But when I left, they said nothing at all. Basically they did not want my business because I apparently do not have the same political affiliation as they do. They ignored me the rest of the time i was in the store. The clothes are nothing special and over priced. Your better off going to target, old navy, or even sears has a decent and much cheaper maternity selection. Between the high prices and rude customer service i wont step foot in here again.
