This is a mixed review, and I'll take some responsibility as well…read more I went in for the promotional laser facial -- it was my very first facial. My skin was already clean and glowing because I had done my skincare routine that morning. The staff was nice, and the treatment itself was quick. At the end, they applied a serum and sunscreen and told me, "That's how your skin should look." However, my skin looked the same as it did before they had me cleanse my face. They explained that results usually appear after a certain number of sessions, and based on that, I signed up for the $250 membership. A few hours after I got home, my skin became very sensitive and irritated, almost like a sunburn. I initially ignored it, thinking it was normal. However, the following days were worse -- my skin was still painful and sensitive to anything I applied, even lotion. Because of this, I emailed them the next day to request canceling the membership. I explained everything, mentioned it was my first facial, and asked if they could be flexible since I hadn't used any membership perks or booked a second appointment. Unfortunately, they declined my request. While they did express concern about my skin, the main issue remained unresolved. This is an expensive membership, and it's also a bit of a drive for me. I was willing to commit the time and effort, but after experiencing pain and not being able to cancel right away, it just didn't feel right. Overall, not the best experience. I would recommend not feeling pressured to sign up for a membership on your first visit. Take your time, see how your skin reacts, and make sure it's something you truly want to commit to. My advice get the facial if you want go home and wait to see the reaction . Don't sign up right away don't let them pressure you or look down on you.
