Her space is very clean, tidy, and organized, not to mention aesthetically pleasing and most importantly, relaxing. There was even a little board where Aissa wrote my name and there was even some chocolate she offered as well as a sweet treat :) Although short, during the 30 minute facial, Aissa was able to wash my face, steam, extract, apply a mask, as well as a relaxing facial massage. She made sure I was comfortable and asked me questions about my skin so that I can reach my skin goals. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are a first-timer with facials! I made and appointment for a facial about 6 months after my eye surgery and was booked with Courtney and she was AMAZING!!!! After my first facial I have already had another one and booked my third one with her. She is so nice and knowledgeable she told me everything she was doing and anything she suggested (without a sales pitch) and made sure to answer all of my questions. I am a now going for facials once a month with Courtney and my skin is looking amazing if I do say so myself:) EYE SURGERY: I came to Dr. Alexander for under eye surgery I had 3 consultations and I ended up going with Dr. Alexander, he made me feel very comfortable and answered my million questions prior, during and post surgery and was just so nice and never made me feel like I was annoying him by all my questions, I have never had surgery before so I was a nervous nelly. I have never known any Dr to reply to messages himself directly and in a timely manner and did I mention I got my surgery near the holidays so I text him on Christmas Eve and he replied? I'm just beyond impressed. My under eyes look AMAZING my only regret is I didn't do it sooner, I feel so much younger and more confident and if I didn't write this review no one would ever know I had a surgery. I can't say enough good things about this practice from my very first email with Joel
