This is the best place for cosmetic procedures that I've been to in San Diego…read more I've been to a few places in San Marcos and Rancho Bernardo. None of them compared to here! I came for Botox due to migraines and TMJ dysfunction. I was seen by Kathy and she was 100% real and honest with me. She told me what I needed and what I didn't need, which I greatly appreciated her honesty. She told me the plan and the results we are aiming for. When I've been to other places are just like OK here's your injection this is the standard amount, See you in x amount of months for the same amount. That's not how this place is, Kathy told me that the goal is to keep my symptoms at bay and not go through up and downs, where I'm having symptoms and I get treatment, it goes away and it comes backs. I now have a clear goal and plan where she will assess how I'm going after each treatment and see how to adjust for the next. after just a few days I already see positive changes. On another note when coming here it is in the medical center so come 15 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and find the place since it is an area with a lot of medical offices. Also, you do have to pay to park but they did validate my parking.

The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. The only downside I can think of isn't really their fault, mall parking. I had a facial here with Jesyca before and she was so an amazing aesthetician. Leanne has a gentle hand with extractions, but she is precise and her attention to detail is so appreciated. You only have one face and if you want to take care of it seek her out. The relaxing music, comfortable warmed up bed, a nice massage, and a clean plump face made me so very happy. Overall it was a lovely experience and such a treat to meet such a skilled practitioner like Leanne. Will be back for a facial in a few weeks!

I was going to wait to write this review, however I am very pleased with my first two visits and will continue to update this review as the story unfolds. This office uses state of the art lasers to remove the incapsulated tattoo. Having several tattoos I will be visiting quite a few times spaced out which gives time to heal at each stage. Highly recommend this office for your skincare and tattoo removal needs.

I contacted Cosmetic Laser Dermatology because I was interested in a specific cosmetic filler…read moretreatment and wanted basic pricing before scheduling. The experience was disappointing and, in my opinion, not transparent. I asked multiple times for pricing on a clearly defined request: two syringes of cheek filler, including common options such as Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, or RHA 4. Instead of a meaningful estimate, I was told the price could range from $400 to $3,000. That range is so broad that it is almost meaningless. The real concern is that the practice then expects patients to pay a $250 consultation fee just to find out what the service may actually cost. I fully understand that a physician needs to evaluate anatomy, goals, product choice, and treatment planning before giving a final recommendation. But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. My concern is with the business policy and the lack of upfront pricing transparency. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I found this approach troubling. Patients should not have to pay $250 just to get basic pricing information for a commonly performed cosmetic service. It creates mistrust and makes the financial side of the practice feel opaque and unfair. I chose not to move forward because I did not feel comfortable with the pricing process. I would encourage the practice to publish clear pricing ranges, train staff to answer basic cost questions, and provide patients with useful cost information before requiring a paid consultation.
