You notice all other review say "This is my first time having this done". There is a reason for that--Nurse Tiffany is not good. I called him the following day to inquire pricing and to schedule and within 2 hours he was able to see me. Talk about perfect timing! I showed up to his cute studio and he was punctual. He had a long consultation with me and you could tell right away, he was an artist and loves his craft. Just looking at the dots and application of the pen prints, he aims to hit those wrinkles, lines and scars with every intention of maximizing the lift and smoothness. For those curious, it took 30 mins of numbing cream with a great conversation. Josh is sweet, warm and truly a great listener. 15 min procedure for my under eye bags and crows feet. Few hundred dollars. Second day was the ugliest. I slept elevated and woke up swollen. 6 days of cute grid dots. I definitely looked weird out but I don't care. Day 7 they dried and started popping off quickly. And day 8 was in my finals photo. Still a few left over dots and raw skin. When I arrived for my appointment, I spent most of the visit with the medical assistant, who had already started mixing the Sculptra despite me reminding staff that I had requested a consultation only. Michelle then came in for what felt like a very brief consultation and I felt pressured to proceed because the product had already been prepared. I ultimately said I wanted more time to think about it. Afterward, I was directed to pay a $100 charge that I was never clearly informed about during booking. I explained to the front desk that I had requested a consultation in advance and that there was no clear disclosure regarding a consultation fee during the online booking process. I showed her on the online app shaken . I was then told they would not process the charge until management contacted me. No one ever followed up, and the charge was later pushed through anyway. I also did not feel comfortable as a patient . In my experience with other plastic surgery and aesthetic offices, injectable products like Sculptra are typically prepared directly by the licensed injector with appropriate supervision and patient discussion beforehand. Not by the medical assistant without no supervision. Overall, the experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and dismissive of patient concerns. I left feeling very disappointed and disrespected.

She was so bubbly and energetic and kind over the phone. I told her I wanted to book the facial for my birthday and mentioned purchasing on Groupon, she told me NOT to, just book through her and she'll honor the Groupon price since Groupon takes percentages of their sales from them. She then charged me 50% of the groupon price for my facial since they charge 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the services. Fast forward about three or four weeks later to the day of my service..... I go to check out with Becca who did my facial and was being charged the original price of the facial NOT the Groupon price ($190 MORE). Now I'm not gonna get to the nitty gritty and go word for word of my exchanges between Becca or with Faith but what I can say is.. thanks to Faith I will NEVER return here again! She was SO SO SO SO SO RUDE and SOOOOOO condescending. She kept saying 'This is how much the facial is, the groupon deal is A CRAZY discount' (I know that's why I was purchasing on Groupon????). I brought up the original receipt she charged me on the day I booked the facial, which was 50% of the total price $36.06, meaning on the day of my facial Id pay the other 50%.... $36.06 but she kept trying to charge me $190 and saying 'I'm getting a really good deal' and that 'Groupon wouldn't charge this' .. even though I had the literal receipt from Groupon showing the price being $72.13........ and the words that really stuck with me the most from Faith were, '... well so what is it that you are looking to or wanting to pay...' as if I'm some broke person that can't afford the facial and am only looking to pay what I can afford?... Faith I'm literally paying for WHAT YOU AND I AGREED ON THE DAY OF SCHEDULING TO PAY?! I'm so confused as to why she's confused.. we literally spoke on the phone and she told me she'd honor the Groupon price.. which is exactly why that's 50% of what you charged me when I booked.. with the understanding I'm paying the other 50% OF THE GROUPON price on the day of my service. WHY DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON IF YOU ARE SOOOOOO MAD WHEN PEOPLE GO TO USE THEM . I literally would never go back here again just because of how rude, condescending, and insulting Faith was!! Go literally anywhere else!!!!
