I have called him for a refill for asthma medication when I was out of town. And he got that message. So I get it. He need his staff to be an above average communicator to contribute his continued excellence! His expectations of what he needs from his staff determines how his patients are treated. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Kesa. He takes care of the whole person. Not just one problem. Wrong platform honey.
