I hire photographers for professional events and have a good sense of what I want. From the moment he setup, Norm never stopped shooting. The deluge of photos he delivered to me was spectacular. He captured special moments, gorgeous architecture, and many many photos of our guests. Because there were so many photos the occasional poor facial expression or closed eyes, that are beyond his control, were not a problem because there were always alternates. We've had annual family photo sessions with Hilary for the past five years (and even two sessions…read morein one year!), and she has been phenomenal every single time. She's wonderful with our kids--whether it was a newborn, a fussy toddler, or now more cooperative school-aged kids, she's been able to capture beautiful moments through every stage. One year my younger daughter was especially shy and grumpy about photos, but you'd never know it from the gorgeous images Hilary delivered. She's also great with pets and even got our dog to "smile" at the camera for a few shots this year! However, as soon as his final check was cashed, he was evasive in when we would get the rest of our package that included albums for our parents, a wall photo for us and all of our negatives. I have left multiple messages and have not even been granted the respect of a return phone call. None of his assistants have followed through with getting us our packages, even though they promised in several different emails. Our kids ask to see our wedding pictures and we can't share any from that day with them. We would not recommend him or his type of customer service to anyone!
