Explained my cleaning needs to Mary...it was all good. Gave my cc # ahead of time which I don't like to do. Day of close to an hour late. No notice. I had to reach out and got NO satisfaction. They increased my confirmed estimate by $20. My apt is only 500sq feet. So it would have not taken more time to justify the $20 extra. The cleaning people went 30 miles away from where I live when I had more than once given my correct address. I had to cancel so I can find a more dependable cleaning service. I will never use them...ever!
