Apparently, some time after the order the floral shop sent an email from an individual requesting the security code on the credit card I used. Unfortunately, that email went to my junk email and I didn't discover it until after the funeral. Th arrangement was not processed and delivered for the funeral. When the florist was contacted about this, the woman who answered offered to send the flowers after the funeral! WTF?!? The floral arrangement was for the funeral. One would think that with the timeliness of the order due to it being a funeral arrangement for a funeral the next day, they would have contacted by the phone number requested on the online order to obtain the security code that wasn't required on the online order. Requested that the woman confirm that the credit card was not charged since the floral arrangement wasn't delivered but she didn't follow up. Very disappointed that they failed to handle this professionally. I wish I could give this small town florist a good review but unfortunately they failed at all turns.
