I was a little skeptical at first because I never went here before and nobody I knew went here but I thought I would give it a try. I got there and Brigette (the owner) greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. She then took me back to the place where she was going to do my eyebrows. They had a heated place to lay while getting your eyebrows done and a pillow for you legs so that your back wouldn't get strained. It was awesome! So she began telling me and informing me what she was going to do and making sure it's what I wanted and all in all she made them exactly what I hoped for! She didn't just pluck and wax away she actually did it based on my eye shape and how my eyebrow hair was going. Very professional. She used organic and natural products. She stated "only the best for my customers!" And she was so right! I will definitely be going back. This place was better than I expected. Very nice and made me feel very comfortable and exceeded my expectations! Recommended for sure:)

The worst part was how she spoke negatively to me about another customer that came in to fix an error that the shop had made. It is just unacceptable and unprofessional to make comments about another customer, it just made me wonder what she would say after I left!

(Not full enough, falling out with in a week or irritation and breakage with too much glue.) I jumped in, with the "fantasy volume full set", which I booked on style seat. On Dec. 20th Abby had a warm bed waiting and applied a full set in two hours! I literally felt nothing and almost fell asleep a few times! After she was finished the results were night and day! I had full fluffy long lashes! After two weeks I booked a mini fill and I barely lost any!! I have had a full refill and mini fill since and I am obsessed two months later! I told the technician repeatedly, but it never got better. At the time, as this was my first lash lift/tint I was unsure if this severe burning was normal, or not. However, I must say I loved the results. I contacted a good friend of mine in Florida, who is a lash technician and owner of her own business and told her of my experience and asked her if it was normal she assured me it was not and that should never happen. Once I contacted the salon, I suppose it was too late because the owner or manager I'm not sure which refused to give me anadequate discount on my next service (50% IMO would be fair) she offered 20% which was insulting to say the least and wouldn't budge. She told me it wouldn't be fair to her technicians because they work on commission. I told her that it's not fair to me as a client as I was physically injured and in severe pain. I just had no idea if this was "normal" or not. Just really disgusted and I would highly highly suggest you never go here. I also paid $120 for this lash lift/tint that inured me (tip included.) Good luck! Vibe was fine, salon aesthetically pleasing, just a lot of pain and eyeball burning, eyes Red, watering eyes my face for 4 days.
