Almost brings a tear to my eye - oh, how I miss getting produce and cinnamon bread at Marini's! Luckily, I will be back East and may have an opportunity to pass by. I also recall sometime around 1977 when my mom's Buick wouldn't start, so they let us take their wagon (1969 Pontiac?) back home so we could call a tow truck . . . class act! They are my go to place for garden accents - vintage and reproduction and I love this big old wash tub in the front room that has odds and ends of coin silver, silver plate, and sterling serving pieces and flatware. Fun and sometimes funky pieces of old furniture, true country pieces, and great art and some of the best antique mirrors I have seen. They also have the most amazing Christmas ornaments and wow can I go on? YES, ALL DAY I LOVE THIS PLACE THAT MUCH! The email never should've been sent to me to because items were never sent to the store so I was told to go home and wait a few days and call back. So I have no complaints with the management, just Kirklands methodologies in communication and shipping. And I probably would've given this two stars because the manager did try to help but I got really annoyed when I got a major item home and when I went to hang it the hanging materials were not attached to the item as indicated in both the packaging and the email. My Love seat broke within the first year and was covered by the MFG. warranty , the recliner on my sofa broke this month. I called Bob's to repair it and they referred me to Guardian since it was after the 1 yr warranty. Guardian denied my claim even though it was covered in their warranty . I complained to the BBB and Bob's still refused to honor the extended warranty saying it the third party responsibility, I urge anyone buying furniture from Bob's to think twice they will not honor their commitment to their customers and continue to do business with a third party company that doesn't honor their warranty
