Not only does Cue Sports offer exceptional prices for their products, but the customer service is far and beyond what you would expect to receive these days. I was not able to take or fully pay for the pool table immediately do to budget and my moving to a new home. Duane, the owner, completely worked with me and understood. Duane, a man full of billiards knowledge and history, not only kept with in my budget but honored everthing he sold and discussed with as little as a handshake as a guarantee. He took the time, on his only day off, twice, to ensure the table was set up professional and beautifully. He even insisted on changing the cloth because of a tiny off colored spot. I told him I was ok with the old cloth but yet he would not allow him self to install it that way. Duane is man full of passion for this game and has pride in the work he does. I wanted to support this local business, but this was a terrible experience. I purchased and…read morefinanced a pool table, and on delivery day the delivery team damaged the table while bringing it into my home. They then tried to have me sign the delivery receipt anyway. Thankfully, I inspected it first and refused. Instead of fixing the issue, they left the damaged table in my house and claimed they had other deliveries to make. Communication afterward was extremely slow. It took 2-3 weeks just to reach the store manager, who did a very poor job handling the situation. He only responded after I disputed the charge with my bank. Their proposed solution was to repair the table, even though it would never be in original condition. I refused and requested a return, which also took far longer than it should have. Thankfully, my bank protected me. Be very careful if you shop here and inspect everything before signing. I will not be returning and never recommending this store to anyone!

From the time I bought the table, with Michael at the "BOSCO" office helping me select the table and finishing the sale, to my install appointment every step was done professionally attentive to quality service detail. When the install was done, they cleaned up the room and moved all their tools and equipment back to their truck quickly and very efficiently.
