Placed an online order with them a few years ago, items listed as in stock turned out not to be, on back order from Italy and took three months to deliver. Decided not to shop with them again but was recently attracted to a lamp in their sale, listed as 2 in stock so decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake, received a message saying they only had half of the lamp and would I like to buy the other half by them ordering spare parts from Italy, 4-6 week lead time. Might be ok if you can vist the shop but web sales very poor.
