Again she was rude and basically implied I was making the entire thing up. Called Pool Duck they were very nice , pool was fixed the next day at a very fair price. Bought a little equipment from Amazon to check water myself and buy all my chemicals from Amazon too, they are way cheaper anyway. They were also available quickly, which was great with the upcoming holiday, I needed this project done ASAP. They were punctual and very polite. The work did take a bit longer than expected, though they worked non-stop until it was done. In the end they even honored the quote, but I added a bit on top just because they responded reasons to my requests. When they arrived, they said $1,800 and that the price didn't include materials. We needed the work done so that we could finish the renovations and move into the house. They strong armed me into paying $500 more. I met them off-site to pay them and noticed that they didn't have any of the rotten wood in their truck. I held back $100 from their payment but should have kept a lot more. They claimed they didn't know they had to clean up. Furthermore, they didn't complete the work, and I had to have others finish. A&A Skilled Tradesman is a RIP OFF and does POOR WORK. STAY AWAY from this Rip Off Artist!
