Ioana's studio provides whole body vibration on state of the art machines with roots traceable to basic reseach that stimulated the man in space longevity program for the Russian cosmonauts. Easy to access plus easy to use plus the skillful assistance of Ioana guiding you through your program means you can loose weight, build muscle, and start on a life long path to better health. I have tried this system in my own personal experiment. I abandoned my normal weight training program for 30 days using only the whole vibration technology in it's place. After that I went back to the gym and surprisingly I was able to exercise at the same weight level and do even better on some exercises. There is another bonus here, I can train for an hour or an hour and a half or get on the whole body vibration machine for 10 minutes. This review has two parts: First, the whole body vibration (WBV). I saw Ioana, the owner, at an event where she was demoing a Noblerex WBV machine. I tried it and was really impressed. I promptly signed up for ten sessions, and was so impressed I bought a machine! The gains were amazing - after 5 sessions I noticed my wrists were more flexible, and after 10 sessions I could tell my core strength was improving. I've been working out on my own machine and my core strength is very much improved, I've gained muscles in area that I usually only see from bicycling, and I have a defined waistline now for the first time in, well, ages. All from just 10 minutes a day. The second part of this is about Ioana, who is a very versatile coach in both nutrition and on the WBV machine. As an architect by training, she has a wonderful way of observing what it happening on the WBV machine and suggesting improvements. She is also representing the Genewize foru genetically targeted nutrition (from an DNA test), and I now have hope that I can provide my body with a custom nutrition that is right for me, rather than the shotgun approach of just taking lots of supplements and hoping I get the right ones. Since I started taking the foru shakes, I've lost several pounds. Ioana is a great tribute to her own nutrition and the 10 minutes on the WBV machine. I had been battling with a big financial loss. The loss was beyond what I could handle. I had many sleepless nights filled with anxiety and regret. I am so in love with my 4 or 5 times a week attending to Design your wellness NOW. I must say that I have struggled with keeping my weight, and knee pain, under control for almost the past ten years now. In fact my thyroid problem prevents me to lose weight which causes the knee pain and makes my daily walking agonizing. Before starting the Design your wellness NOW, I was very reluctant that this machine could help me reduce the pain and makes me feel more energetic.
