Got our floors done by them in February of 2023. They subcontracted the install, and the…read morecontractors didn't put the trim around my floors back on properly. They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

So I collected everything from storage, cleaned the items and had a neighbor help me load a truck. When I arrived the manager told me I had to unload myself. Never in any email communication did anyone advise me I had to unload. The manager didnt even offer to help, even after she reviewed the emails and confirmed there was nothing about unloading. What a waste of my time! The owner needs to hire people that understand what good customer service is all about.

Found a beautiful piece of furniture for a good price. Purchasing was super simple. I was in and OUT WAY faster than anticipated. Communication is PERFECT. You schedule the day you want delivery and they will text and email you the day before with the time window. Ive been so abused by other services that expect me to stick around all day that I thought they might tell like 6-8 hr time frame but nope! Was a 2 hour time frame and they delivered as expected. Once youbreceive communications of time window you also can see where driver is on route as well as how many stops are ahead of you. Even the delivery guys were great (thanks steven). Over all my experience was pleasant, efficient, and informative. I will definitely be shopping with bob mills in the future

This started out as a good experience then went a bit down hill. We bought a lot of things the day…read morewe were shopping (couch, loveseat, special ordered a chair, rug, warranty package). The next day we went in to check on a few things the sales person we were working with acted like he barely knew us and didn't even engage us after chasing us around the day before. Delivery guys were great.. Then, we started hearing the couch creaking every time my husband and I would sit down. So i called to have someone replace it or fix it. The guy came out and saw several "manufacturing" flaws where nails were not nailed into the wood properly, glue was missing where it should have been and springs that needed to be tightened. He took pictures and said he would rather have it picked up and taken to the shop to fix all the things properly.... So i was surprised when i got an email that said it was defective due to "improper use" and that a charge of like $150 would need to be paid huh? Sitting on the couch watching tv (no kids to jump on it) is considered "improper use". I spoke with mgmt. explaining and we will see how well this gets fixed. Otherwise, we will not buy or recommend anything from this store. Pickup is this Friday. Kelli Mason
