Got our floors done by them in February of 2023. They subcontracted the install, and the…read morecontractors didn't put the trim around my floors back on properly. They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

If you are at all interested? At Invio they always require that you unload and assemble your furniture, this I am sure has to do with liability... I think... Like wise if people purchase oversized items they as well will need to carry them out. Smaller items they will help with and have dolly(s) they might use... If something is delivered the delivery people handle it... I know this because I have been there several times. I am sure that they would have helped you if it was not a store policy. To the individual that was not paid... They give you a copy of the itemized description and price sheet when you cosign with them as well as an automatic email, I can not imagine them not paying anyone, so perhaps this was some sort of error? There is a option on their website called "COSIGNER ACCESS" that you can use, the same one that anyone uses including me, to login and review what items are "AVAILABLE" OR "UNAVAILABLE/SOLD" and their amounts, etc... it will also give you a running total of your monthly sales, that update daily, everyone is paid via check with the items detailed on the 5th of every following month. Finally, to the person who hsd difficulty getting an answer, they are alwayd busy and like anyplace, they have no reason to not want the business... They offer CONTACT VIA: WEBSITE CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, TEXT, AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. I would try more than just one avenue for best success.
