I made an appointment for a trim and a conditioning treatment and when I while getting my hair washed, the hairdresser actually talked me through the conditioning treatment, and recommended a different process that would better suit my needs. Better yet - this treatment was actually cheaper than what I originally picked! Overall, it was a great process, and my hair looked and felt great afterwards.

Awful. Just awful. The worst experience in a salon ever…read more I booked a hair apt with Ednison. I wanted my usual v cut TRIM. The same style I've been getting since I was 20 years old. He literally sat there giving me a million reasons why he couldn't do it. Making me feel like an idiot for even asking. Clearly he doesn't know how to do this style cut. He told me he'd have to cut at least 6 inches off on the sides to make the shape. No, my hair is already in the shape. I wanted a trim. My hair was past my butt. He made me so incredibly uncomfortable I wanted to run out of there and cry. I finally just said "just do a trim please" Not only did he not do what I asked, he chopped 5 inches from my hair and it looks like my 7 year old did it. It's so choppy and uneven. To add insult to injury, when he was done he offered me a donut, even though I told him I can't have sugar. He continually tried to make me take one. Uncomfortable all the way until I got in my car. I'm leaving for siesta key next weekend, hope I can find someone who can fix the choppiness. Don't waste your time and energy. Go somewhere else. Especially if you have really long hair like me.

I got a haircut last week, they have my credit card on file. I usually tell them to go ahead and use it each time. I got home and realized I was charged $10 more than prior haircut. I called and was told my stylist raised her prices AFTER my card was charged. I feel that was unprofessional and disappointed. I left a voicemail expressing my disappointment in their lack of transparency. Never received a call back addressing a customer's (me) frustration. $86 is crazy, I wish I could post a picture of how short my hair is. I feel bad, but won't be going back.

I ended up changing my mind at the last minute as to what hairstyle I wanted, and she was able to accommodate that with no problem as well. On my wedding day, she showed up on time and prepared. In addition to my hair, she also did hair for my bridesmaids, flower girls, and my mom (8 people in total), all with astonishing speed. Everyone was thrilled with their hair, even my short-haired friends who were worried about what she could possibly pull off for them. We had such a fun time that morning watching the royal wedding and just chatting despite how early it was. I highly recommend hiring her if you want your hair to look flawless for any special occasion.
