There was no padding between my head and the sink, and my head was positioned almost upside down, which made it hard for the hairdresser to rinse the underneath of my head. Bringing to my next point, the hairdresser barely rinsed out the bleach under my head, and didn't even touch the toner under my head. I had to rinse my hair at home unfortunately. She also didn't style my hair while blow drying (I'm not sure if that's a standard at this salon, so disregard if not). My hairdresser for that evening was the manager (I believe her name was Jessica, but I could be wrong).
