She was upbeat and excited to do the work, and her knowledge and passion really shined through. Jessica made interior design a lot more approachable and it helped me realize that it's not just for people looking to completely redo an entire house, but can even help with small things like deciding where in the room to put a piece of furniture, what colors to choose based on the type of light that comes in, and more. Jessy works independently but keeps you involved and informed. Our first session was eye-opening--she used a fun questionnaire and visual prompts to help uncover my true design preferences, even ones I hadn't realized myself. Throughout the project, she presented 2-3 curated options at each stage, which was perfect for someone like me who gets overwhelmed by too many choices. She asked early on how involved I wanted to be, and in my case, I chose the full experience. Jessy always respected my opinions while offering clear, professional advice. Ultimately, the final decisions were mine--but better, because she helped me go beyond what I thought I wanted. (For example, she gently steered me away from lilac walls and butterflies, helping me embrace bold colors and more grown-up elements--and she was right!) The end result was better than I imagined: a beautiful, clean, functional, and personal space that became my happy place. Even after I moved out, the bold berry walls and gold accents still bring me joy when I remember that room. I absolutely recommend Jessy. She's talented, intuitive, efficient, and genuinely cares about creating spaces that feel like home.

She has a great assortment of window coverings and blinds and was very patient and thorough. I was thrilled to find a gorgeous modern blind for our bedroom and was delivered as promised in a few weeks. The guy who installed the blinds was on time and also very professional and we highly recommend her. I was so impressed with her professionalism that I recommended her to my mom.

The man…read morewho worked for Linda (the owner) took one of my chairs down to the bare bones and determined they could be totally restored before I would leave them all. And of course Linda gave me a price. However, several days later that man "walked out on her" and she told me she had to bring them some place else for repair and the price would be more. I agreed to it. She said they would be done in 2 weeks. They were returned to me in 4 months in the same shape, if not worse, than I gave them to her except they were re-upholstered. My chairs had split backs, which was the beauty of them, and one time they were returned with the backs nailed together. They were still shaking and the legs still bent in. They went back and forth many times to try again to repair them but to no avail. After several attempts Linda said that was the best she could do and that she never agreed to repair the chairs. I have text messages from her indicating otherwise which I had to send to my credit card company in order to get a partial refund. It was a total of 6 months before I got my chairs back for the final time and then I had to bring them to another shop to have them repaired properly, costing me more money. She lied, she was nasty and acted like she was not responsible. She actually made me pay to have the chairs delivered to my home after one of the repairs. She is dishonest and very difficult to deal with and I am happy to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
