Also, they did not provide any options for me to get the health records of the pet I adopted. When asked if they could email me, it still have the previous owners information and just said "sorry". As if they can't redact that info? As if the vet couldn't call me personally? I do not think they did their job in adequately clearing the pet I adopted and maybe their records would prove that. I would never bring my animal here. It does not take weeks to get back to someone when in reality, all I need to know is if labs were done, how much did the pet weigh, and if they noticed the lump during their exam. It really isn't that hard.

She was so well raised that, at 9 weeks old, she did not shake or whimper for one second when Valerie gave her to me. She sat with me at the airport, fell asleep in her carrier and handled the plane ride like a champ. She has fallen into a routine at home very easily (completely ignored the blender and the vacuum). She lets us know when she needs to go out and appears fearless when checking out new things. She went to the vet today, no whimpering or crying - she stole the hearts of everyone there - and had a great check-up. I am looking forward to many years of joy brought by this little one. I know of several cats dumped in the countryside by this "Elizabeth", whose real name is Lorraine. I know of several perfectly healthy adoptable kittens that she had euthanized for no reason.
