I have paid my rent on time for the whole 3 years and they treat you like dirt they tried ripping me off money that they owed me and refuse to move me out of this damaged apartment I had to be put on a nubuzier and my health is going to hell. I used this company to apply for a rental in Libby. They took an inordinate amount of time getting…read moreme an application first of all; then charged me a $70.00 application fee but took way too long to review it. By the time they got around to looking at the application they'd rented to someone else, even though I probably applied for it first. And although they said they would be in touch if any other properties came up, in the past two months they haven't. They are hard to reach, difficult to communicate with, and unresponsive to inquiries; all of which makes them unprofessional.
