By the time they got around to looking at the application they'd rented to someone else, even though I probably applied for it first. And although they said they would be in touch if any other properties came up, in the past two months they haven't. They are hard to reach, difficult to communicate with, and unresponsive to inquiries; all of which makes them unprofessional.
