From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Whenever we had a question or needed guidance, he answered our calls and emails promptly and made us feel supported every step of the way. Everything was handled efficiently, and the entire process went much more smoothly than we expected. David gave us confidence and peace of mind during such an important time in our lives. His attention to detail, honesty, and dedication truly set him apart. It is rare to find an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his clients. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend David M. Gottfried to anyone looking for an outstanding immigration attorney. Thank you for making this journey so much easier for us! Jelena&Richard

David is the immigration attorney equivalent of an old-school M.D. who made house calls -- he…read more*personally* steers his clients through each step of a complex (and ever-changing) government bureaucracy with expert precision (David filed our application in late April 2025 and my husband received his 10-year permanent residency card in early August 2025). His deep (almost innate) knowledge of the INA and years of experience with USCIS have made him a pro at identifying potential red flags -- and addressing issues before they had a chance to derail our application. To anyone looking for an NYC immigration lawyer, David is simply the best and we are grateful every day that a friend recommended him to us. Prior to David, we "interviewed" multiple immigration law firms. As soon as the video call with the firm's star attorney ended, it was clear that our case would be handed off to firm's assistants and paralegals (for an astronomical price). With David, we had the opposite experience -- he was personally involved from day one and guided us through each step himself. When my husband is eligible to become an American citizen in 2028, David will be our first -- and only -- call.

But after talking with Diana and listening to all her responses to my concerns and putting my mind at ease, I knew she was the right attorney for me. Always kept me well informed and up to date with my case. Diana is very professional and trustworthy. I would totally recommend Diana for any Personal Injury case
