So when I learned I would be needing one for the purchase of property those same uneasy feelings arose again. A trusted acquaintance of mine pointed me in the direction of Jaloudi and Associates, in particular Ali Jaloudi. After meeting with Ali I understood why I was pointed in his direction, he is extremely professional yet still a person, not just a suit. He is also extremely knowledgeable in process of real estate and broke everything down to me making it easy to understand. The purchasing of my property was not the easiest and I can honestly say if I didn't have Ali on my team I would not have been able to close on the property. I'm forever grateful for having him on my side. He has restored my faith in lawyers once again. If ever need a lawyer for anything whether it be real estate or anything else, I'm going Ali Jaloudi. I put enough quarters for 90 min expecting to leave w at least 60 min still on the meter. Go into the building, and up to the 14th floor. Right off the bat as soon as I get there, I had to pay $100. Definitely don't like to pay for a service before I receive it but whatever, this lawyer was recommended by a family friend. Appt is at 2:00p, and made with the Son Sekula. After sitting in a room for 20 min, a receptionist comes in and asks us a bunch of questions "to give the lawyer a better idea of the case". I hand her my documents, yet I had this feeling she didn't know what she was looking at. After all, I wanted a professional set of eyes to look at my case, not some college student. 5 min later and me and my family are alone in the room again. It wasn't until 2:55p that I was fed up enough to walk to the receptionist desk (hoping to ask for my $100 back). Just then my wife talked me down, and told me to wait 5 more minutes. Exactly 2 min later, the father Sekula walks in (probably because they heard me livid) and proceeds to talk to us for about 25 min. While I didn't appreciate just about the whole experience, I appreciated his honesty to my questions. So for the service, 3-stars. I get parking was out of their hands, but waiting for 55 min without being seen by a professional, in the middle of a workday when 4 people were taking time out of their work schedules to be seen was ridiculous. By the time I got to my car, the meter had expired. No ticket, thankfully. I absolutely do relate to some reviews about getting the sense that I was just another paycheck at that office, rather than a person.

They need customer service training, better attitudes, and professionalism. I was thinking maybe they are underpaid and unhappy? If that's the case then they need to find another job. I made an appointment with him and I had to wait for over an hour. After I waited for an hour, he literally spoke with me for 3-5 minutes and rushed me out of his office because it was Friday and time for him to go home. I am an understandable person, it's Friday and you're probably tired, but have some respect for your clients. I also paid for that appointment to just be rushed and disrespected. Also while I was waiting, he would come out his office into the waiting area and talk to clients about their cases in the open and in front of other clients. Where's the privacy and professionalism? If you need a lawyer Go elsewhere! You won't regret it! I promise you!
