This is a tough rating because the doctor is nice and staff is nice too but they NEVER see me at my scheduled time. For example my appointment was schedule at 10:30, I arrived at 10:15 and it's past 10:55 and I'm still in the waiting room. And the worst part is I already went to the Woman's Medical Center and they give me the info I needed but apparently they could not give me a referral because they are not my "assigned doc", so when I told the nurses here with Dr. Tammy, they told me I still had to come in to see Doctor. The cruddy part is they told me it would be a "quick" visit on the phone. I've been in the waiting room for over half an hour. I wish I would've known this information months ago before going through the last few months. UPDATE: it's 11:37 and only seen the nurse - still haven't seen Dr. Tammy.

And they got me dialed first try, first time in a decade I haven't been sick within a 3 week time frame, I can't recommend them enough. They are the real deal and know exactly what they are doing. If your considering treatment definitely talk with them, you won't regret it I could list the multitudes of things that have exponentially improved since starting the therapy but you'd be better off to find out for yourself. The owner Linda is very nice. However, I have been banned from The Complex because I informed the…read moremanager about the showers and bathroom not being cleaned for up to six weeks. We all know cleanliness is a serious issue due to fungus, bacteria and germs in the women's bathroom which I've mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers. There was a Band-Aid in the first shower on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks. It was very obvious to see it which means No one was cleaned that shower for six weeks!!! There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean I went back several times in two weeks and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no one's cleaned it for over two weeks!! I've mentioned these to the staff and the manager, and nothing has been done yet except to inform me that I'm no longer welcome there since I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
