We hired Viking Epoxy & Concrete to level and epoxy our guesthouse 20'x20' concrete floor. A quoted 2 weeks job turned into a 4+ month nightmare that effectively consumed our seasonal winter stay in Yuma. Come May 2022 Unsatisfied with the dull pockmarked unprofessional product come spring, we accepted the owner's word that we could move everything we'd been storing outdoors while awaiting the floor to be done back indoors and come next winter he would come finish the job. Fast forward to December 2022, we've been back going on 3 months now. Back in November, I called the owner to make arrangements to come finish up our floor. Once again, an appointment was scheduled. Prior to the scheduled time, I hired a body to help me move our antique furniture and family heirlooms outside the building. The owner was a "no show" without contacting us. 3 times I moved the buildings contents with hired help in and out of the building for missed appointments before the owner finally showed up as scheduled. Then he was on site 2-3 hours before packing up and telling my wife, "It's done, and in an hour, the floor would be usable." Viking Epoxy & Concrete's finished product is still a DULL POCKMARKED waste of material that has 60 - or 80 grit sandpaper scratches throughout, covered by a thick coat of wax. No matter how much polishing is done to the surface our floor will always be left with a dull finish do to flawed workmanship done to the layers of products under it.
