Absolutely awful . Will never recommend this shop. I came in with AAA for two tires x decided to purchase two used tires . As I've purchased used before . When I came to pick up my car they replaced it with one tire at 2024 looking decent for being used no complaints. The second tire is BEYOND cracked and year 2021. When I asked why they put that one on they responded with , "they didn't see the tire they put on my vehicle " . Then with attitude told me to purchase a new one . It turns out that this business misdiagnosed the problem with my car. They told me that my car frame was bent and not worth fixing. I took it to another tire shop for an alignment and they told me that BOTH Ball Joints were about to go out and could have resulted in a fatal car crash. Also, all that was wrong with the car was the control arms needed to be replaced NOT a bent frame. read more

my car back my car would pull to the side I called and let them know and they were like it's your motor mount that you need to fix that's why your car gets pulled to the side. So it took me time to get the money to fix and when I did. It kept on doing the same thing so I called back and told them they were like we can't help you it has something to do with a mechanic. But one thing is my car never did that before I bought the rims and did the other things as well. So I took it to 3 mechanics and none knew what was wrong with it until one was like it's your Tie Rod I fixed that and redid my alignment and balance and it still did it. Until I fine out after spending so MUCH money they tell me that my rims are to big for my car that they don't fit so they put a band that was $30 on all four tires and it stop doing it. This place sold me rims and tires that didn't fit my car and they didn't want to tell me. I told them and they like you never bought anything here with them when I got the receipt and the receipt of the loan that I got to pay them. They took an advantage of me and they ripped me off I have spend more then $4000 on my car trying to fix something that was so simple and it costed me $80 to fix. Worse tire shop ever and the like to rip people off. read more

I'm part of the gig economy and do a lot of deliveries including pizzas and sides to Desert Tires today. I probably go through three or four sets of tires during a year. You would think they would be smart enough here to tip their delivery driver. They are not. If someone brings food to your home or your table professionally, you tip them. The recipient here made it clear that not tipping was not an oversight but intentional. If you decide to buy your tires here, this is who you are doing business with. read more

I called on a Saturday Juan was able to have tires shipped in by Monday it is not Tuesday and they replaced my tires right away and the cost was half of what everyone else was charging me. After searching around for two days looking for a replacement tire utilizing Yelp!, I used an alternative search method and found this place. Glad I did, so I am now adding it to Yelp! for others to get back on the road as quickly as this place got us. After shopping and by shopping I mean calling, searching inventories of other companies who have their inventories online but don't match what they have in stock, or being told we need an appointment next week, it was refreshing to get a solid customer service experience over the phone and walk out quickly and not penniless. Highly recommend this place to anyone over bad phone etiquette and being told how swamped places are.
