If you visit the food court, you absolutely must go see Anna. Her service is excellent, and she is genuinely one of the most sincere people you will ever meet.A special shoutout goes to my host, Fernando Zavala. He is in a league of his own. While he has the professionalism you expect from hosts at other popular casinos, his attentiveness and genuine desire to make sure you enjoy your visit is completely supercharged. He makes you feel valued like nowhere else.If you want a casino resort that combines great entertainment with an unmatched, caring staff, this is the place to be. I cannot recommend them enough!

No room service no in room fridge or microwave. If you're wanting to take some beer from the casino…read morecuz there's none in the gift shop the bar opens each one so be prepared to chug it down or have it go flat. There's no snacks in the vending machines on the hotel floor. The decor was very sad. Scratches gouged beat up. Floor tiles cracked and chipped and dirty grout. For the price paid I was expecting something better than a Motel 6 ambiance and customer service, which was ok. However, doesn't compare to other casino hotels Ive stayed. The best thing I can say it was close to the boarder and public transit was cheap and easy but didn't run on schedule. Happy to have my dental and ophthalmology services completed with this hotel being the closest. As for amenities the food at the sidewinder was good however, my prime rib and baked potato was cold. I did Send it back and they brought me the order back piping hot. The Café food was delicious. Unfortunately at the time I could only have soup. Which the cream of mushroom was fantastic! The slot machines were average, maybe if I had won a jackpot my rating would be higher. I didn't win big but won enough to pay for my meals and pathetic hotel.

It was our second time (1st time was in Las Vegas) seeing James Garner perform & they truly do not disappoint. Excellent history lesson accompanied the amazing vocals. The Guns & Roses was also good not great but ok. The Yuma Art Center was a perfect setting for the shows with comfortable seats, great acoustics & bar service. Looking forward to seeing more performances at the Yuma Art Center.

I bought a ticket and went to The Art Center to see the Pink Floyd tribute show Shine on Floyd…read more The Art center though historical compact, fit the crowd of about 300 (seats about 500) into decent sized chairs. I didn't expect too much from the small theater as far as the light show but they made do. And The Pig Balloon was bounced around by the crowd instead of floating; pretty cool (the band said that was unexpected). Also unexpected was when the power went out during the last song - but that was turned into a joyous al cappella of the song Comfortably Numb! The concert was very good. An opening act by a local artist when the main act, with an intermission and 2 song encore. I got teary eyed during the emotional song "Great Gig in the Sky" from the backup singers heartfelt singing and thinking about recent deaths to include an older family pet. I regret nothing; I knew they would play it! The band's from AZ. And I'll be sure to go again the next time they're in town. Worth it.
