At first I was very excited to choose this smaller business to do my move out clean in 29 palms…read moreCalifornia. I requested a move out clean to include windows, blinds and baseboards. The FB page owner quickly responding asking how big the house was, how many rooms and when needed. I provided all info as requested. I was given a quote of $450.00. I had gotten several other quotes, some higher, some lower and some the same. I chose Busy Bee based on communication and prompt responses. I had no idea how much I was going to regret this decision. The day of my move out clean May 7th, Friday, scheduled for 9 am, no one arrived. At 9:50 am, I contacted the Fb page owner through FB messenger, the only way we had been communicating and was told Megan was running late. I was not told until I asked. I was told she had to stop for gas and oven cleaner. Megan arrived over an hour after my schedule cleaning time. She also arrived with a child and her cousin. She promptly explained she was the owners cousin and did this on the side. Immediately I should have requested a different company, but chose to give them a chance. They did not bring a vacuum. They only had a hand broom. This was concerning. Halfway through the cleaning, things looked great, and then I heard their conversations and suddenly the quality of work changed. Now it was a rushed job. They told us they were done at 4:00. We explained that our rental company would be reaching out if anything was not up to THEIR standards. Megan understood. I requested a receipt for the services from the owner before the services were performed to ensure I could give the receipt to the rental company. Yet again ensuring it was up to the rental companies satisfaction. She said Megan would have one. My assumption that it may have been from a "business" was wrong. I asked the owner how are we able to pay for services, expecting some kind of website or email to respond to, and was told, just Venmo or cash to Megan. A handwritten receipt for "move out clean" was given for the amount paid. We had to Venmo the cleaner as such was still stating we are giving this to our rental company for their final approval. IF ANYTHING IS NOT TO THEIR STANDARDS, you will need to come back. They still claimed their job was satisfactory enough for them to leave. Here is what was not done. Blinds not done, carpets not vacuumed, light fixtures not cleaned, windows not cleaned, baseboards not cleaned. We had told them the carpet cleaners were coming the next day, and was told the baseboards will need to be done afterwards anyway so they were not going to do them because the paint would rub off. Not ok. Also, the heaters were not cleaned, nor the tops of the heaters wiped off. I recieved communication from our Rental Company on 5/29. She stated she cannot get ahold of the cleaning company. Interesting. I reached out and said hey, our rental company is not satisfied with the cleaning job. She responded with "you paid for your clean which means you approved of the cleaning job". We responded with some communication as well as reaching out to the cleaner who said, I will forward this info to Diana. Interesting. Now, we OVERPAID for a half assed cleaning job. She showed up with a minor to clean our house which is illegal under California state law, and proceeded to say all of her cleaners are independent contractors. I have gone back and forth with this company. She will not honor her word of doing the requested services. She claimed to have 3 times the man hours in our cleaning job and claimed to have made no money on our job. That is not the case. If you're going to claim a minor be prepared to pay them. The minor is not of legal California working age. And the company and cleaner are not going to come back and complete the move out clean. I do not recommend Diana DeMartino-Shelby, Megan Donato or Busy Bee cleaning to anyone. If I could choose zero stars I would.

We worked on our Junior Ranger book and at the end completion 9 of us were sworn in to Junior Rangers. It was a beautiful memory we will cherish. They provided us all a badge and they have stamps with todays date to stamp our Badge. They have a little mini museum that we all went through and got to learn a lot from. This is a great center not to busy.

My husband couldn't take me because he had school and I am not able to drive myself due to severe mobility issues. I looked at possibly doing Uber but there were a lot of references to unreliability. I saw the Rides site and read their reviews and decided they would be the one. I called Jennifer and she was amazing. Stayed in contact, got my ride set up and answered all my neurotic questions . Today was the day. Chatel came to pick me up (she was early and ready to go). What an amazing person. Constantly attentive, helped me in and out of the car and helped me get up and down out of chairs at my appointments. Throughout the trip she made sure I was okay and I felt like I was being cared for by a friend. Got me to both appointments on time. Made a situation that was difficult much easier. I am so grateful for Rides, Jennifer and Chatel. Will absolutely use their service again.

We used Xpress shuttles to take us to stagecoach music festival this past year and will undoubtedly…read moreuse them when we return. They made pick up easy. Especially with our difficult group. Our driver was always early to pick us up and had no problem dealing with our loud party group! They had trash bags for our empty cups and even drove us through Del Taco on our way back to our resort. A+ for customer service. The best thing about taking Xpress shuttles is not having to wait in the line for an uber\lyft. We waited 2.5 hour after the show for an Uber. It was a horrible experience sitting in the cold at 1 am. If you're going to stagecoach/Coachella it's a no brained to use Xpress. Thank you Xpress!!

For our visit to Joshua Tree I book the Ranch House to accommodate two adults and two kids plus a…read moredog. Yes, this rental is dog friendly. However, we wound up not bringing our dog due to other travel accommodations that would not take him. The Ranch House is a big open room, old southwest style home with a kitchen and private bathroom. There is also an option to sleep outside on the enclosed patio which my son did every night we were here. You can see all of the stars at night. It was magical. There are horses on the property which we paid a few visits to say hello. We took walks out and about in the desert. At dusk we were serenaded by the cries of many coyotes. The kids took full advantage of the hot tub. Nothing like looking at all those stars and a bright fall moon while relaxing in the warm embrace of a hot tub. The location is relatively close to Joshua Tree and the main center of Twenty Nine Palms. You will have to drive to get where you need to be for a bit but I have no complaints. I would definitely highly recommend staying here and I will definitely come back again.
