It really only took a few minutes for them to blend it. There is so much to look at including vintage and vintage looking pedal cars and tractors. They had a Blue Angel car that was super sweet looking. Luckily, I didn't fit or it may have come home with me! They have a full line of painting supplies, including professional looking air sprayers. The store doesn't appear large from the front but goes back a long way. They even have a back area for prep. We came today to look for small spikes to hold down a carport. They had huge ones but lacked smaller sizes. We have always considered Lowes to be a step up in the home improvement stores so we decided to stop by after going out to dinner. First thing when you enter is a HUGE holiday display. I usually am grumpy when stores put holiday goods out too early but this was really stunning. We found the carpet and rugs easily in the back center of the store. They have a good selection of really nice patterned area rugs and it was not long before we found out favorite. And we found the right size! Yay! We also found very nice entry rugs and though I liked the bright colors, we decided on a more distinguished brown and black one with a big Welcome on it. Then on to the entry rug-harder because it has to go with both the carpet and the area rug since it is nearby. But we found one we liked and think it will work. Luckily, Lowe's will let you return it if it doesn't. We are carrying all the rugs and get to a table by the checkout; I wait while my husband ran to go get a rake and trowel-which took a decidedly longer time than I thought it would! Then he comes back and wants me to come with him to see something. I was exhausted but he was so cute and excited because he found a holiday decoration he loved. We have lived on the road and in boats so this was the first year we will be stationary for a year (hopefully) so we picked out a few decorations that he loved. So we are in the process of selling our condo. There were a few rooms where it required some…read morepatching and touch-up before selling, and we did not have any of the original paint containers. I used a sharp utility knife, and cutout a 2x2 inch piece to allow them to match. I also had them match some exterior paint. I brought all my samples to the store, and they made each color which allowed me to simply patch and paint without doing the whole room! I dropped off my samples, and picked them up the next day. This gave me time to spackle, sand + prime, so when the paint was ready it was a quick job. It was great to avoid repainting everything. The finished job looks great, and you would never know it was recently touched up.. I found the people at the desk to be professional and on task.

I am told that this is the training provided that all cashier gets when is regarding a price challenge of $.30, have the customer to walked back and not offering the actual advertised price. No, problem as I have worked in customer service and understand that things easily go wrong. Two hours later they showed up. One employee asked where the metal hoses were for my pedistal washer, I explained he never left nor mentioned those (mind you, he said he the metal peices to the hoses for the big washer were corroded and he would have to re-schedule the installation. Still, not a problem so I got it fixed). When they areived I asked that when they need to go in/out of my back gate to please make sure it was closed because of my dogs got out they would run away. I had to remind them three more time because the gate was wide open. The fourth time I found the gate open I told them that this time one of them could shut it. One of them looked right at me and locked the gate while saying he did not know how to do it. That being said, the sales and management team were awesome. If you buy from Home Depot ask for Hilda. Of there is a problem the manager I dealt with was Linda. Amazing customer service!
