Do you want the same awesome quality of service that you'd receive from a troll under a bridge?…read moreThen this here's your spot, folks. We went in with your typical prescription for cat food, and were told that we probably forged it, so they couldn't sell it to us. Then, this was the really good bit, since he had no way of telling if we made all this up, we had to wait. Two weeks. For a vet. To confirm we didn't forge the prescription. The prescription that our cat has, for the food he needs, because he underwent traumatic surgery to remove bladder stones. Because it's, you know, D o c t o r P r e s c r i b e d. Then we were told we'd probably have to wait like another two weeks for it to "process." What do you mean? Does the box need to marinate in the tears of your other failed customers for like a week for extra flavor or what? I mean, this was a WILD experience. He was not only awkwardly accusatory but was pretty rude about it. He didn't bother to call our vet to confirm the rx, nothing. The real punchline here though, is we didn't bother asking for the manager because he WAS the manager. This spot? Harrrrrd pass. I called the pet food supplier across the street and she wasn't rude which I certainly appreciated.

I have been around German Shepherds for 50 years. I have never met Breeders that work so hard and do it with passion and knowledge of the breed.I should clarify I have never purchased a dog from them but have met a some of the family and you can absolutely trust them!I met Shell Abbott about 3.5 years ago and could not have been more impressed. I recently became ill and Shell and her family helped me in many ways. This is a quality that IMHO is very hard to fine in todays world.I got more help and support from Ashelle then I have from people I have known for decades. I am blown away by the kindness shown with actions during this very difficult time in my life. If you need a dog trainer , groomer or the highest quality German Shepherd you need look no further then Abbott's German Shepherds to find the newest member to your family with there Experience, knowledge and kindness! On a separate subject, I am an artist who works on wooden welcome signs and old painted saws. Unfortunately, I've had multiple negative experiences with customer service, specifically with some of the female employees. During the Memorial Day sale, I politely handed an item to an employee to double-check the price. She responded by huffing and puffing, then snatched the bag out of my hand, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I didn't catch her name, but she was short with blonde hair. It's disappointing because I genuinely like the store, but experiences like this make me reconsider returning. Good customer service goes a long way, and I hope management addresses these concerns.
