Shadow loves her new doo!

Great place in Casa Grande to take your dog. Shadow has been going there since she was 8 weeks old and is now 18 months. She is always so excited when we pull into their parking lot, she loves everyone there. Couldn't ask for a better place to have our little girl groomed!

Warning, Doggie Duds & Suds just hurt my dog, when she was getting groomed. When I called after I…read moregot home and discovered it, their first response was to tell me that they hadn't had a chance to tell me that she had red spots that she had come in with. I explained that wasn't true. That she had 2 small rash spots inside of her thighs but that as all. They wanted me to bring her back in but my dog, was cowering and didn't want to be touched, so I said I'd take photos and text them. After the owner got the texts, she was saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but this isn't a clipper burn, its a "razor" burn. Like that is supposed to make it better. No offer of compensation, just telling me to put something on it and they'd mark not to do what they had done this time on her chart for next time. Like I'd ever subject her to this again!

When I called in the morning the hours were specified until 4pm. We have come here before to spotty service, technicians saying they do not do nails past 2pm, but the owner himself has specified they do nails until closing. There is no sign on the storefront indicating early closing today, so anyone arriving after the worker locked up would not be aware until they pull on a locked door. It does make me wonder If the owner knows his keyholders are running his buisness as such.

We can't thank Ricardo and the entire team at CharlieBar enough! It's been a month since our…read more4-year-old rescue, Angus, completed his 3-week board and train--and we can confidently say we have a completely transformed dog. When we adopted Angus, an American Bulldog, he was extremely reactive, had zero impulse control, and was tough to manage. Walks were stressful--he would bark, lunge, and completely lose it around other dogs. Recall was non-existent, and previous trainers had little success with him. After his time at CharlieBar, everything changed. Angus now walks calmly on a leash, his reactivity has decreased by at least 90%, and he thrives during his daily training sessions at home. The most remarkable part of Ricardo's approach is that it goes beyond basic commands--he teaches dogs how to think, make decisions, and self-correct. It's not just about punishment or praise; it's about helping dogs understand their choices. With a simple "uh uh," Angus now stops, thinks, and chooses better behavior--without fear or confusion. We're beyond grateful for the results and highly recommend CharlieBar to anyone looking to make a lasting difference in their dog's behavior.

I was worried for a moment, leaving my dogs with someone new and especially finding someone to train them. Ricardo and everyone really put my mind at ease while I was in another state and getting those daily updates and seeing how much they've grown. They will definitely be back in the summer for more training as I feel like I have found someone that I can trust with my dogs. I know my dogs are very stubborn and scared of new people but they were very patient with them and really earn their trust. Thank you again guys again and will definitely see us again soon. Love Eddy, Mike and the chaos crew (the team nickname for them)

While my dog was in her care I received pictures of her practicing her place, having fun at the park, doing enrichment activities, and being loved on! My…read morepuppy had no training to speak off when I got him so I was in desperate need of training to include house training as my puppy was not house trained and we all know puppies will go when they to go. I acclimated with my puppy before I let him go to "puppy school". I was given a reasonable rate as he was going to be trained in house. I could not have asked for the best trainer, Natasha set up a neutral place to transfer my puppy to her capable hands. During training, I received a daily "report card and short video about Sarge "my puppy's progress. That in itself showed just how much he got the training in a short span of time, so I was eagerly waiting everyday for his "report card". I was amazed. When his three week training was done and I passed my "training test" to see how Sarge would respond to my voice commands and was amazed at how he quickly adapted to commands coming from me even though I hadn't brought him home yet. Natasha put me through my paces to ensure I knew how and when to give commands and what to do if commands were not met on first try. I could never thank Natasha enough for the incredible job she did in training my puppy. Once home, he has been such a different and disciplined dog. Sarge is so eager to play wants to be put through his paces. I would so very highly recommend United Canine to anyone who needs dog training. Natasha is amazing. Natasha, Sarge says bark, bark and thank you. Also, I used their boarding services because I know my dog is being cared for when I have to leave town for a few days. I trust my dog with her 100 percent. Thanks Natasha!!
