(I posted this review on Angie's List, but it was worth repeating here...we can't say enough about how great this dentist office is!) This dentist office is by far the BEST dentist our family has ever known! I have taken our two girls for their dental work here for several years now. They were hesitant to go to the dentist at first but after meeting the staff and Dr. Green they have NO issues what so ever going back! The staff makes you feel right at home, they put you at ease throughout every cleaning and procedure. Yesterday I took my husband for the first time and we were running a couple minutes behind. His comment was, "Well, you know how it goes, you have to wait forever to be seen anyway so it's no big deal." I laughed! I told him, "Not here!! You barely have time to pick a magazine to look at before they call you back." And lo-and-behold that's exactly what happened when we arrived - we were seen immediately! As a new patient you're given the "grand tour" of the office. You meet the staff and get to see everything! It's a great way to help you feel more comfortable with your surroundings. They do this for everyone, kids included! The x-ray process is easy and not stressful. When it's time to explain what procedures you need (if any) it's done with easy to view technology! There's a TV at the foot of your chair (which you can watch when you arrive for your appointment) that is converted to viewing x-rays when the time comes. They can point out exactly what you need done or what future procedures may be necessary. The bottom line is this is an A++ dentist office and you will be so happy you choose this provider for all your dentistry needs! I had a bad experience at another dental office and with the pediatric dentist there. I was nervous and frustrated because my four year old needed work done and the only option I was given at the other office was to put him to sleep. My son was seen today by Dr. Casagrande and this man is wonderful. You can tell he truly cares for children and wants to do his best to take care of them. He put my mind at ease in that he does not put children to sleep, he was so awesome with my son. He explained every detail of the procedure and calmed this nervous mother. The prices were cheaper and the nurses and office staff are great. I am so very pleased and happy to have found this dentist office. I highly recommend. You can trust them with your most valuable possessions, your children. As a parent, I understand the frustration in trying to find good medical and dental care for your kids, I experienced a bad one and it made me more grateful to have found a good one. I have been a patient with Desert Dentistry for about one month now, I went into their office because the front part of a tooth had fallen out and it was in the front where it would be noticeable when I SMILED, I WAS SURE I was going to have to get a dental implant and to my surprise the dentist Dr. Haley said No I can fix it. Not only did they fix that tooth they had taken care some other issue that had been long forgotten about, I now have a great smile, They have done just a wonderful job.. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are made to feel special and that they are there to help you in and any way they can, not only made to feel special and care about from the dentist and the assistances, but from the front office to billing and scheduling you are made to feel at ease. My husband, son and I have been going to Desert Dentistry for years. My husband, a couple of years ago had a lot of teeth extracted at the same time. The Staff was Awesome! They made sure he was comfortable and feeling good before and after the procedure. This was something very nerve racking for my husband but he felt good about the procedure because of the care and professionalism everyone showed, from the front desk all the way to the doctor's, assistants and dental hygienist. My son used to cry every time he had to go to the dentist before we started going to Desert Dentistry, now he has no problem going. He actually likes to go to hear he has no to few cavities, LOL. wow... what a pleasant experience... been to a dentist here in arizona for the first time since moving here from san diego. looked on line about reviews about dentist offices and experiences and this one came up to be one of the best. ..........it was............. hands down. everyone of the staff was so friendly and all had great attitudes. it seemed like all liked working here. the office was clean and all the equipment was state of the art. just went in for xrays, cleaning, and exam and was treated like i was part of the family. i want to thank sarah and cari for there care when taking xrays and cleaning my teeth. thanks for the great experience to all the ladies in the office.. you too doc. john b read more

I would highly recommend Desert Denistry! The staff are always extremely friendly and pay a lot of attention to making you as comfortable as possible during each visit! They also offer a payment plan which makes it possible to get necessary work done right away and make monthly payments. The front office manager, Lou, is as good as they come! She explains your treatment plan in detail so that you can fully understand it, treating you like a personal friend and not just a patient! You can tell she loves her job and does an exceptional job at it! I recently visited Desert Dentistry and it was undoubtedly the BEST visit I've ever had! From the receptionist to the Doctor, every interaction was enjoyable and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I was in for a six month cleaning and check-up and both Carrie the hygienist, and Sara the dental assistant, were amazing and I could tell they really enjoyed their jobs. For years I was afraid to go to the dentist and didn't take the best care of my teeth and as a result I found myself in need of dentures. The thought of getting all of my teeth pulled scared me to death. My mind was put at ease after my first visit. The entire staff is great. Just brought my kids here for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! We were greeted with a smile and even given a tour of the office. My kids loved DrGreen and staff and felt very comfortable. This is the first time my kids liked going to the dentist and can't wait to go back. I have even decided to become a patient there myself. Courteous, professional staff that makes you feel welcome and appreciated as a client. They did a superior job of creating and installing an implant as well as cleaning and installing a crown. I am so satisfied with their practice that I drive 70 miles from Sedona to receive their care. They also used the latest, cutting edge technology such as 3D imaging to create a crown and implant. I was in Desert Dentistry for my first visit for a canker swore. Saw Dr Patel she recommended Lazer treatment to help pain and speed up healing process. The procedure was painless and apon leaving the area was already feeling better. While in the office I was treated with such great care and compassion by the entire staff.
