George and his crew did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The guys moved everything away from and off of the walls, pressure washed the stucco, masked every thing off, and did a great job on the painting. They were done in just 2 days (includes the pressure washing). Started early and stayed till it was all done and cleaned up. Yes, they put everything back onto the walls and reset all of the items moved. It was the little things that impressed me...instead of masking around light fixtures, they removed them and painted the space behind the fixture (and then put them back up when done). They pulled back the landscape rocks so that the paint went down to the ground. They patched all holes, cracks in wood, etc. This is the way that painting is supposed to be done. AND the price was very reasonable and competitive. Definitely recommend George to anyone. (call soon, because everyone in our neighborhood is so impressed that he may be in Ironwood Village for quite a while...) Also, George fixed some roof concerns while at the house and recoated the flat roof area over the garage. I cannot say enough about George and his staff. We hired him to paint the outside of the house, He phoned as promised 3 weeks later. His crew had the house painted in 2 days which included power washing, filling cracks, caulking around windows and doors, 2 coats of paint, contrasting trim included. His 2 man crew were exceptional. We could not say enough about the job they did. I have now signed him up to do my roof. We have solar on part of the roof and it is very expensive to take those panels off and put them back on. George gave us a price to fix leaks only OR do all of the roof except the solar section as that part of the roof may not need doing right away. . Having these options we appreciate. The price was very reasonable for painting and the roof estimate more than fair AND if you get him a referral he gives you $100.00 a pop! Best of luck to George the fourth and baby George the fifth. We have had several jobs done by George and his team. They painted our ceiling in the living room and dining room, great experience. They arrived on time (the day before thanksgiving) and left everything neat and tidy. I was very concerned as I had a houseful the next day. No issue at all!! Then the team painted the outside of the house, same experience....on time, neat and great coverage. Last job was the underlayment on our roof. On time, they cleaned up every day and left things safe and secure. Best painting company and best service by far! I wish we could hire George and his crew to do everything around our house - They are that good! George is professional, timely and greatly concerned that the customer is happy. His crew was polite, clean and extremely hard working. They all went above and beyond to make sure our house turned out great. Our house looks brand new. His prices are very reasonable too. He and his crew were even able to bring back our aging and damaged front door and make it look amazing with an excellent primer and new coat of paint. George came to my house numerous times soliciting my business. He had done many homes in my area. Upon completion of the job, the doors did not close. George first said ....the paint needs to dry, then said, they were like when they got there ( my doors closed and locked prior to the painting team being at the house). George and team, left the job with my doors not closing. Totally unacceptable. Any complaint to George was met with extreme hostility and unprofessional behavior. George uses builder grade Sherwin Williams paint instead of quality Dunne Edwards paint. A-100. Something he never thought we would find out. Run from this painting company. There are so many more qualified and professional companies that would not create the amount of stress and drama he did. read more

Possibly the best customer experience I have ever had. Hard to know where to begin. Suffice it to say that if you have other issues as well (stucco repair, sun damage to front door, birds pecking at chimney, etc.), and you haven't painted in a while, George may be able to give you a package price to take care of other things while painting your house. That saved us many hours and a few thousand dollars if we had to piecemeal each repair and the paint job. Great, high quality results as well, which we already knew would happen since he worked on our neighbors houses before ours. I would ignore any bad review here. The owner, George McMillan, is outstanding. He tells you what he will do and does it. His crew completed the job in a little over a day and a half. They painted the house with two coats after smoothing all the cracks and rough stucco areas created by the previous painter. I could not be more pleased with the work and the price for the job.
