This is more of an antique/boutique store than a thrift store, but regardless of what you call it,…read morethere are lots of treasures in here! If you are a collector of just about anything, you'll likely find something wonderful within these walls. The store is setup with little sections-each one a different seller, I think. There are different styles-some are antique dishes and kitchen gadgets, others clothing or decorations. Each little section has its own personality and that makes browsing even more fun. There are signs all over the place reminding you that if you break something you buy it....that there are cameras watching...and not to touch this or that. It's not the most welcoming environment-I get the feeling that I'm being watched suspiciously from the moment I enter the door. Plus, the giant pictures of previous shoplifters posted up on the wall make me think they have a history of unsavory folks. That's too bad, ruins it for the rest of us.

Corporate should be embarrassed. Poor COVID-19 protocols in place. Few employees were wearing masks…read moreand those who were, wore them incorrectly. I was blown away that a pharmacy employee didn't have a mask on. Is all of this a reflection of poor management or just reflective on the local thought process? I'm just warning anybody who might not want to take the risk of walking in this place if they don't want to get breathed on by maskless employees.

So I paid full price to have one messed up, completely unrecognizable picture out of it. It would have been nice if I had been made aware or something, they had my phone number and email. Also I have noticed that they are closing earlier and earlier these days. Maybe if Walgreen paid people a living wage, they wouldn't struggle with the skeleton crew they have running this place.

Most visits to the store I ignore the attitude of the employees, but this last time was more than disappointing. I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer. One employee in particular did not treat my sister with kindness, she was very judgemental, glared at us the entire time even when I walked in and smiled and said hi, and she was far from helpful. It was enough to make me not ever visit this store again. I hope this is not the standard of service at Ulta, as I've enjoyed shopping there in the past. I drove an hour round trip to come here and was surprised that this store was so much smaller than the quilting store in Roosevelt. That being said, the fabric here was much more modern and trendy (Tula Pink, Moda, etc). The employee was kind and the prices were reasonable (about $12/yard for most of the fabric). The best part of the selection was definitely the quilt patterns and the quilt kits - I've never seen so many in one store, let alone in such a small store!!
