At the funeral when I spotted my arrangement from Bloomers it looked awful. It had wilting plants and flowers that were half dead and it was so small I couldn't even believe it. It cost me $150 dollars which was ridiculous for what it was. It looked nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. I think Bloomers took every half dead flower and plant they had left and stuck it in a basket. Huge disappointment for my loved ones funeral. I was embarrassed to even have my name on it and I feel totally ripped off for the price. I will make sure nothing ever goes through this flower shop again!

Not only was it not what I ordered but I was also promised it wouldn't be more then a dollar amount. Multiple family members and even the funeral parlor commented on how overpriced the arrangements were for their tiny size. The mortuary noted they'd never seen one so small. Needless to say they'll never be getting my business again.

They're a little expensive, especially for big pieces, but most flower shops are. For a neighborhood boutique their prices are very competitive, and they put so much love and care into what they do. However the first attempt to make it right, resulted in outside petals being picked off and we discussed how much sunlight they were in and adding flower food with the water. Well on 2/15 the flowers had deteriorated even more and were wilting. So I took them back to the shop and she gave me 6 new roses. Which was very much appreciated! Except here we are at 6am and the flowers look miserable yet again. I am not sure if the supplier just did not bring a good batch in for Valentine's Day or what the issue was. But my issue is that my aunt just recovered from cervical cancer over the holiday's. I wanted to take her something special, and beautiful which is why I went to a local floral shop assuming their quality would be higher than some of the grocery stores in town. Well unfortunately the quality has actually been significantly worse than what I could have bought at Jubilee or Stewart's. The only unfortunate part is that I blew my budget to get her roses thinking I wanted to get her high quality flowers that would last and be something beautiful on her night stand to wake up to. My aunt told me to just throw away the replacement flowers I brought back last night. And I am so disappointed because now it's too far gone in my budget to order her a new arrangement. The woman just almost died from cervical cancer so I can understand her not wanting dying flowers in her home. Just very disappointed in myself that i Did not have it in my budget any more to replace them with a different company. Laura was also very accommodating. She made a floral headpiece for my hair trial and even drove to my hotel to deliver it to me! The flowers were one of the most important parts of our wedding and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the outcome. The florals turned out absolutely beautiful, especially my bouquet!!!
