Several calls between 10 am until 3 pm -- I was told that he was sending out another worker because he (Roger) had a doctor appointment-- which wasn't previously mentioned to us-- so this two man job that I was told about the day before, was only a one man job. The door is fixed and I'm grateful to the employee that actually did the work. I wish I could have paid that gentleman instead of Roger's business. Poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend--call a different repair company.

They came out the same day and replaced the springs, lubed the tracks and did a full check of the door and opener. The price was both reasonable and fair and the technician provided good maintenance advice. The door developed a pretty loud squeak about 3 weeks after this service. I called and they stopped over on a Saturday to check and it turned out to be a bearing between the springs. He applied lubricant with no trip charge and everything has been fine since.
