Would be 5 stars if it had been done this way from day one, I hadn't needed to clean up the scraps on the floor from the first crew, and my car wasn't now sitting out in the snow and cold because I had to move it out again - and the starter failed in the sub-0 temps. Things are corrected now, if it had gone this well the first time, it would be 5 stars. So they can do excellent work.

We had a garage door spring issue. Roger was easy to get ahold of the day it happened. He came…read moreout, took one look at our door and said he needed to come back the following day with another guy to do the job. He said he would be over between 8:30 and 9 am. (In the meantime, our vehicle was "stuck" in the garage because we couldn't even manually open the door). To make this story short, he did not come to fix our door until about 3 pm that day. Several calls between 10 am until 3 pm -- I was told that he was sending out another worker because he (Roger) had a doctor appointment-- which wasn't previously mentioned to us-- so this two man job that I was told about the day before, was only a one man job. The door is fixed and I'm grateful to the employee that actually did the work. I wish I could have paid that gentleman instead of Roger's business. Poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend--call a different repair company.

They came out the same day and replaced the springs, lubed the tracks and did a full check of the door and opener.
